Chief Customer Officer

Jean Roberts is the Chief Customer Officer of PROVOSO, where she is responsible for managing the success of PROVOSO’s customers through deploying measurable, value-driven and strategic programs.  She is entrusted to build and foster our long-term relationships, promote customer feedback into product ideation and deliver a positive customer experience.  

Jean is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience leading strategic initiatives in supply chain, sourcing, supplier management, regulatory, compliance and sustainability. She has partnered with many of the world’s leading companies such as Walmart, Tesco, Carrefour, Nike, Home Depot, Hasbro, HEB, FiveBelow, Wawa, Hanesbrands, Ferrara Candy, and US Foods, and has led complex strategy, transformation and technology initiatives to consistently drive performance. Jean is a results-driven executive with an extraordinary ability to create long-term business value in revenue generation and sustainable profit growth. Her industry experience spans multiple verticals; apparel, footwear, general merchandise, CPG and food. 


Jean’s integrity and customer-first attitude underpin her drive for measurable results with her team and her customer’s teams.  Her commitment to tirelessly manage global deployments addressing complex data analysis, change management and business process re-engineering enable her to ensure customer success, happiness, and profitability. 

Jean holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Roger Williams University.  She lives in Vermont with her Siberian husky and American Tamaskan where she enjoys hiking, gardening, and cooking.
